Uplifting Women, Strengthening Communities

In many vulnerable households across Arusha, mothers bear the sole responsibility of providing for their families while navigating severe financial limitations and caring for children, including children living with disabilities.

We believe that true community resilience begins with economic self-reliance. By empowering women with vocational skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship opportunities, we ensure that families become self-sustaining, leading to better nutrition, safer living environments, and guaranteed school attendance for their children.

Financial Literacy & Business Management

Learning a trade is only the first step. Our program provides comprehensive training in simple bookkeeping, pricing strategies, market analysis, and savings structures, transforming skilled artisans into savvy small-business owners.

Community Micro-Savings Groups

We help women organize into cooperative village savings and loan groups. These community-led networks allow members to pool resources safely, access micro-loans for business expansion, and provide mutual emergency support for their families.
